Confidential Racial Equity Form This form is to report incidents of racial abuse against students and staff, particularly BIPOC students and staff, share information, submit complaints and provide confidential or anonymous feedback to the District regarding experiences on our campuses or within our District. This form is monitored during regular business hours, M-F, 7:30-5pm. This form is not monitored 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency and need immediate assistance, please call 911. Please fill in the information requested below, to the best of your ability, and click the blue SUBMIT button when you are finished. This information will be received confidentially by the District’s Superintendent, Dr. Tara Taupier, and Assistant Superintendent Wes Cedros.
